- Then, move to the pull-up bar and complete the assigned reps of toes- to- bar.
- Then, return to the dumbbells and complete the assigned reps of dual dumbbell thrusters.
- The athlete’s time will be recorded when the lockout on the final dumbbell thruster is reached.
- Your score will be the total time it takes to complete all reps or the number of reps completed within the 6-minute time cap.
Transition to 26.2 B:
- Athletes may have assistance between 26.2A and 26.2B to prepare the equipment at any time.
- At minute 8:00 and at the call of “Go,” athletes will begin 26.2B.
- Start seated on the rower with hands off the paddle.
- At the call of “Go,” row the assigned calories.
- Then, finish the round by completing the assigned reps of jump ropes.
- Continue the sequence of rowing and jump ropes for 12 minutes.
- Your score will be the total number of repetitions completed during the 12-minute AMRAP.
VIDEO SUBMISSION RULES
- Before conducting the test, all measurements and equipment used must be visible so that it can be verified that the established standards are met.
- The video must be recorded in one continuous, uncut shot.
- The athlete and all equipment must remain clearly visible at all times.
- All movement standards must be clearly demonstrated according to the rules.
NOTES
- The dumbbells must be positioned 150 cm away from the pull-up bar.
- Gymnastics grips are permitted for this workout.
- There is no tiebreak for 26.2A or B. If two athletes have the same score, they will be tied in the leaderboard.
- On the rower, display must be reset to 0 after each round. Athletes may receive assistance resetting the rower between rounds, but not for any other action (e.g., grabbing the handle, adjusting foot straps, etc.)
- The rower monitor must be clearly visible on camera for the entire workout recording or connected to WOD Proof or WeTime.
- If time expires during the row, record your score once the monitor has come to rest. Any additional calories accumulated after the athlete has stopped rowing at the time cap will count.
TEAMS
This WOD consists of two parts:
1. FOR TIME
The team’s score will be the sum of all athletes’ times:
Athlete A time + Athlete B time + Athlete C time
If an athlete does not finish within the time cap, the following penalty will apply:
For each uncompleted repetition, 5 seconds will be added to the time cap.
The final result will be the total accumulated team time, including penalties.
2. AMRAP
The team’s final score will be the total sum of repetitions completed by all athletes:
Athlete A reps + Athlete B reps + Athlete C reps
FLOOR PLAN
- Before starting the test, mark the line on the floor to indicate the minimum distance from the pull-up bar to the dumbbells (150 cm). This safety distance must be maintained throughout the test.
- For 26.2 B, you can have the equipment already on the screen or introduce it later. No measures are needed here.

*Floor plan is recommended but not mandatory.
